Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes the terms and conditions of delivery for orders placed through Arctic Delice, operated by AroWild Oy (Business ID: 3093261-8).
1. Shipping Providers
We partner with reliable delivery companies to ensure safe and efficient shipping:

2. Delivery Areas and Costs

Free shipping applies to the total order value after all discounts, excluding shipping costs.
3. Delivery Method and Responsibility
- We guarantee delivery at least to the nearest pickup point, and in most cases directly to the recipient’s address.
- If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer bears full responsibility for:
- potential loss or damage of goods,
- inability to deliver, and
- full payment of the order.
- Any order errors made by the customer remain the customer’s responsibility.
4. Cold Product Delivery
- Products requiring refrigeration are shipped in insulated thermal boxes using cold chain logistics.
- The quality and temperature of goods are guaranteed to remain below +8°C until delivery to the customer or pickup point.
- If the customer fails to collect the parcel within 24 hours after arrival at the pickup point, or is unavailable at home for delivery, responsibility for product condition passes to the customer.

- For pre-order and seasonal items, delivery times vary.
- Customers understand that ordering limited-availability items means delivery may take longer.
- In case of excessive delays (over 30 days for non-perishable goods), the customer may request a refund.

6. Additional Delivery Fees
- Certain regions within Finland and the EU may include additional surcharges depending on carrier rates and delivery complexity.
- These fees will be shown at checkout where applicable.
7. Taxes and Invoicing
- Delivery fees include VAT applicable in the customer’s country and are itemized as a “service” on the invoice or receipt.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the final destination before payment.
8. Limitations and Exclusions
- Shipping is not available to Switzerland or countries outside the European Union.
- Delivery times may vary during holidays, weather disruptions, or other logistical constraints.
- Maximum delivery time for all goods is 30 days, after which a refund may be issued upon request.
9. Important Notes
- All delivery times are estimates and do not affect return eligibility.
- Product returns are governed by the separate Return Policy, available on our website.
- Arctic Delice reserves the right to modify delivery methods and rates at any time to ensure service quality.
