Promotional Disclaimer

This document describes the terms and conditions that apply to all promotional campaigns, gifts, and time-limited offers ("Promotions") run by Arctic Delice (AroWild Oy).

General

• Promotions are subject to availability. Arctic Delice may modify, suspend or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If a Promotion has no explicit end date, it runs until further notice. If an end date is specified in the Promotion, the Promotion ends on that date.
• Offers are valid while stocks last. Arctic Delice may limit the quantity of promotional items per customer.

Gift and Promotional Packaging

• If a product sold with promotional packaging or as a gift runs out, Arctic Delice may not be able to fulfill the exact terms of the Promotion.
• A change in packaging or substitution of promotional items does not constitute a breach if the essential promotional value is preserved.

Liability

• Arctic Delice disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from Promotions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Arctic Delice uses reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of Promotion information but does not guarantee completeness.

Final provisions

• These terms are supplemental to other terms and conditions governing purchases on arcticdelice.fi. Where a conflict arises, the specific Promotion terms prevail.
• By participating in a Promotion you accept these terms.
