Delete your Arctic Delice account

You can delete your Arctic Delice account yourself, in the app, at any time.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Arctic Delice app and go to Account → Settings → Privacy Settings.
  2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

  • Your profile (name, email address, phone number) and password.
  • Saved shipping and billing addresses and saved payment cards (including your customer record at our payment provider).
  • Your sign-in links to Apple and Google; for Sign in with Apple we also revoke the token we hold.
  • Notification tokens and in-app notifications, and your cart.
  • Your name on published product reviews.
  • Your Membership, which is closed in our loyalty system.

What we keep, and why

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law. After deletion they are no longer linked to a usable account. Anonymous chat conversations are deleted automatically after the periods stated in our Privacy Policy.

If you cannot use the app

Write to info(at)arcticdelice.fi from the email address of your account. We handle the request within one month.
